Yellow Dog Cafe: Windermere, FL

The Yellow Dog Cafe is an interesting little place in Windermere- not as fancy & pretentious as its location might suggest. It’s in a strange converted house, where everyone writes on everything- the tables, walls, ceiling- everything. The service is pretty awful, and it screams hipster, but the food is pretty good.
We had:
-Lobster bisque
-Pulled Pork Nachos
-Pulled Pork sandwich
Really good food- you can go behind the register and refill your drink if they’re too busy apparently. Parking sucks, but it’s worth a try.

Ceviche: St. Petersburg, FL

We wandered into Ceviche in St. Petersburg while on a field trip to the Dali Museum. We stuck to the tapas menu and shared:
-Crispy Calamari
-Tabla Mixta- meat & cheese platter
-Shrimp & Avocado Salad

Everything was unbelievably delicious! I really enjoyed the tabla mixta with the interesting array of meats, cheeses, and fruits. I had no idea this was a chain and it was the same one in downtown Orlando! Have to go there too!
